Yes, if you reach us quickly. Once our team starts working on the portrait, changes aren’t possible. Email us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best.
Photos & uploads
Yes. A phone photo is perfectly enough. → See our photo guidelines
Sharp, well-lit, taken at your dog’s eye level. Whole body and paws visible. Ideally sitting up, facing the camera.
Yes. Before we start your portrait, our team reviews every photo for quality, posture, and any visible details. If something isn’t right, we’ll reach out and ask you for a new one. You don’t need to worry about the result. Nothing goes into production until we’re sure the photo will give you a portrait worth keeping.
Most of the time yes. The sharper the photo, the better we can hold your dog’s expression and unique features.
JPG, PNG, or HEIC. Up to 5 MB per photo.
Quality & the result
We design every portrait to feel like your dog. Every order goes through several quality checks — expression, posture, fur, the small things only you would notice. If something feels off when it arrives, write to us. We’ll find a solution.
Each portrait is reviewed multiple times before production. We check expression, posture, fur type, and the unique markings that make your dog them. Nothing leaves the studio without that check.
If your portrait arrives damaged or doesn’t match your dog, contact us through our returns form and we’ll make it right. Because every portrait is made to order, we don’t offer refunds for personal preference. But we do everything to get it right the first time.
Production & delivery
2 to 3 weeks from order to delivery. Design takes 5 to 7 business days. Then we print, frame, and ship.
Yes. Add Skip the queue at checkout for €25. Your portrait arrives in 1 to 2 weeks instead of 2 to 3.
Yes. You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Materials & products
Wall art (gallery-quality paper, textured canvas, both ready to hang in real wood frames). Apparel (t-shirts and sweatshirts with your dog’s portrait or our Artist Collection designs). Accessories (phone cases, pillows, more on the way).
Canvas for presence (textured, more physical, gallery feel). Paper for clarity (smooth, fine detail, lighter). Both gallery-grade. Both made to last.
All frames are real wood. Standard in black or white. Premium options: oak for paper portraits, walnut for canvas. Each frame arrives fully assembled and ready to hang.
Yes. At checkout, you can add extra copies of the same portrait, or pick a different format for friends and family.
Pricing
It depends on the format and size you choose. Our configurator shows the price as you build your portrait, step by step. Wall art starts at €99.
The custom portrait, the licensed artist style, the printed product, multiple quality checks, and free shipping over €100. No hidden fees.
Special cases
Yes, with care and respect. Our Dream style was made for exactly this moment. Soft, dignified, made to remember.
Yes. Multiple dogs can be added at checkout for an additional fee. The work takes a little longer, so we charge a small premium for it.
Yes. We pay attention to coat colour, markings, and any unique features. Just make sure they’re clearly visible in the photo you send.
