Shipping policy

Available delivery methods, their costs and estimated timing are shown at checkout before you place your order. If you request a specific delivery method not otherwise offered, you bear the risk and any additional cost of that method.

We process and dispatch orders as soon as possible, depending on product availability and our operational capacity. Delivery will take place no later than forty-five (45) days from the conclusion of your contract, unless a different delivery time is agreed with you or shown at checkout. If your order contains multiple items and one is not immediately available, we will let you know.

Goods are deemed delivered once the carrier hands them over to you (or to the pick-up point / delivery address you selected). Ownership of the goods, and the risk of damage to them, passes to you at that point.

When your delivery arrives, please check that the outer packaging is intact before accepting it. If you notice any damage to the packaging or shipment, notify the carrier without undue delay; if the packaging shows signs of tampering, you are not obliged to accept the shipment. Delivery may also be subject to the relevant carrier's own terms and conditions.
